If there are any positives at all to be taken from the current pandemic, one of them must surely be that the stigma around mental health issues is finally showing signs of lifting. People are starting to be more open about their struggles, because in some shape or form, we are all struggling. The challenges of the last year are taking their toll, and with experts forecasting a historic surge of mental health problems as a result, we are now being encouraged to proactively look after our own mental wellbeing, as well as that of our children, friends, family, neighbours and colleagues. The important thing to know is that there are simple steps we can all take to look after our mental health; here we’ve put together a selection of articles and resources to help you do just that.

Stress: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
