People are starting to be more open about their struggles, because in some shape or form, we are all struggling. The challenges of the last year are taking their toll, and with experts forecasting a historic surge of mental health problems as a result, we are now being encouraged to proactively look after our own mental wellbeing, as well as that of our children, friends, family, neighbours and colleagues.
