Please make sure to include the completed returns label with your return to ensure we can issue you with your requested refund. Without this information we will not be able to process your refund.

Terms and Conditions of the 60 Day Returns policy

If you’re not satisfied with a product and your right to cancel has expired, you can return it via freepost within 60 days of the purchase date. We'll refund the price you paid for the product in full, but unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery charges or postage costs from the original order.

Please note, we cannot refund products that have specific storage requirements to maintain their quality and shelf-life, or if a product’s expiry date has passed. The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee covers orders up to €170 per customer, per calendar year and is only valid for purchases made directly from the Nutri Advanced website or via our Customer Service Advisors.

This guarantee is available to those with a registered Consumer or Client account and does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Refunds will be made to the debit or credit card used for the order. We’ll process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned product, but please allow up to 14 days for it to reach your account.

Important Notice for Purchases Made Before August 8th, 2024.

If you made a purchase before August 8th, 2024, you are still eligible for the 365-Day Free Returns policy. You can return your product within 365 days of the purchase date, subject to the original terms and conditions.

If the Products are faulty or not as described

Faults with our products are rare. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights.

If, on delivery to you the product is faulty or not as described, or the product subsequently develops a fault which is covered under our warranty, then please contact us by sending an email to [email protected] or call us on low cost 0212 427 394 or via the Contact Us page on the website and we will discuss next steps with you. We may ask you for a photo of the problem, the Lot or Batch number of the product, the product code, the expiry date and we will also ask you for proof of purchase from us. If you decide that you would like a refund, then you must return the product to us as soon as reasonably possible and we will refund the price of the product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the product to us. Please make sure you retain your receipt for postage as we will ask you for proof of posting and cost.
